Returns Policy

Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty product from Blissful Toys, don’t worry—we’re here to make it right! Start by checking the batteries, as many issues can be resolved by ensuring they’re correctly inserted or replaced. Don’t forget to remove any battery tab before using the item.

If the product is still faulty, contact us within 7 days of receiving it, providing your order number. We’ll gladly replace the item for you. If the same product is unavailable, we’ll offer store credit so you can select another item from our website.

Cancel Orders

You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped (you’ll receive an email notification once it’s on its way). Simply contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Please note that if the parcel has already been picked and packed, a restocking fee may apply.

Change of Mind Returns & Exchange

Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please ensure you carefully review the sizing information before placing your order, as we cannot exchange products for sizing-related issues.

However, we are committed to fulfilling our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act. If you receive an incorrect item that doesn’t match your order, we’ll happily exchange it for the correct product.

Warranty

We offer a 60-day warranty on all adult products, starting from the date of purchase. Some products may also include an extended warranty provided by the manufacturer.

The warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects but excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear (including chargers). If a repair or replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a refund.
